On a recent visit to Tasmania I dropped into see Peter Wildman and his lovely wife Doreen
Peter is a well known chef educator who worked at William Angliss Institute, Casey Institute,, Drysdale House Institute in Tasmania and overseas as a lecturer in the Hong Kong Polytechnique.
Peter and Doreen own and operate “ Hobnobs” an award-winning restaurant in Westbury Tasmania and not surprising, they have built up a reputation for quality food, beverages and service over the last six years.
The quality of our food and friendly service remain the same, but Hobnobs has recently changed to a daytime coffee shop, offering delightful morning coffee and afternoon tea treats as well as delectable lunches from a constantly evolving menu. Well worth the visit especially as Westbury is not far from the main highway.
