Ryan Murphy, River Restaurant Chef de Cuisine
Ryan is currently the Chef of the River Restaurant in The Savoy London. He has worked in some of the finest restaurants in the world for over 16 years.
For the past 8 years he has been working his way around Europe with his most recent posting as Executive Chef de Cuisine at the Michelin starred Ronnums Herrgard in the southern part of Sweden and prior to this with a small luxury hotel with 2 Michelin stars Schloss Velden a Capella Hotel in Velden, Austria.
Prior to his European experience he has worked his way up through the ranks in the kitchen in multiple Michelin star gastronomy restaurants. Such as Alain Ducasse in the Essex House in NYC, Jean Georges in The Trump Tower as well as restaurant Daniel in NYC.
He attended Johnson & Wales University for Culinary Arts in Providence, Rhode Island USA.
