The process to add information to Chefpedia.org
Step 1.Apply by email to be a contributor by providing evidence of your expertise.
'Step 2. On approval confirm your status (an email will be sent to you)
'Step 3. Using authorised username and password - Log in (Top Left)
'Step 4. Decide in which of the twelve categories / subject best fits your topic
'Step 5. Prepare the information to be added to the subject ( EG spell check in word)
Step 6. Select the subject in 'the category
'Step 7. Select “Edit”(Top bar)
'Step 8. In“Author” - Add your real name and status = Chefpedia Chef de partie= (CCP ) Chefpedia Chef de Cuisine (CCC) Chefpedia Consultant(CC)
'Step 9. In“Available Topics”Add the headline of your topic INSIDE DOUBLE HALF SQUARES AS PER EXAMPLE Example of topic headline
'Step 10. In“Date”add date
'Step 11. In"Verification" add T (Technical)orNT (Not Technical)and 'SAVE"
Step 12. Your headline/ topic should now appear in RED (May need to Use "Wikitext " in editor above.)
Step 13 Select your topic (Opens a window To create your page)
Step 14. Add your information and save the page ( Save button at the bottom)
This may sound complex, but once you have learnt the process, it once it becomes easy to record your own information and you are now a chefpedia contributor.
