Chef Mason Citarello began his lifelong love of all things food at a very early age. With a formal training that started as an apprenticeship in Italy, moved on to Paris and eventually lead to positions such as Patina on Melrose, Executive Chef for Paramount Studios, The Stratosphere Las Vegas, and a Lead Instructor with LeCordon Bleu. Now after relocating to the Pacific North West from California Mason and his wife Michelle are happy discovering new tastes and flavors for their restaurant 35th Street Bistro, and spending time with family.
