Salonculinaire. com is an Australian website dedicated to chefs business with over 500 chef’s subscribers who have been individually approved to be able take full advantage of the websites information. The site has been on the web since 2003 and is the brainchild of retired hospitality educator and chef, George Hill

The website includes a museum, an international online visual food art competition, local culinary history, and a popular chef’s forum for serious debate on issues that affect the commercial kitchen.

Developed an online knowledge culinary quiz that offers a “World Championship in Culinary Knowledge” competition and designed a certification process (Certified Chef) A recent addition to the four divisions of Salonculinaire.com is Auschef.com which specializes in online culinary competitions for organisations and chefs.
